When my dad passed away suddenly I was all over the show, angry, confused to say the least. I tried to put off counselling for a while as I didn’t want to re live it all. Today I had my last session and it’s the best thing I could have done. To make sense of it all and put some really intense emotions to bed safely. I can now move on to the next chapter of my life for the better and would highly recommend Six Degrees. Thank you so much for giving me the tools I needed to help me feel better again.
