"Very happy with the level of service received"

The initial wait was a bit long. Appt was before 10, but I think it was gone 11 before I was seen - the staff were apologetic about the wait.

Considering the nature of my visit I was very happy with the level of service received. Everyone was lovely and very professional. I was feeling slightly nervous but was put totally at ease by the humour. For me I found it very welcomed, especially when you're about to be probed!

I just hope Tricia (endoscopist) + team know how much I appreciate them and they get to hear my thanks!

The coffee and biscuits 'aftercare' whilst being walked through the results was a lovely touch.
