"They lost my sample "

The Health centre lost the sample I brought on March 3rd. After waiting for a while, I contacted them about 1.5 weeks later to check when my results would be ready, as it was taking too long. The GP told me that this type of test usually takes longer.

Yesterday, I followed up for the third time because my condition is serious. I asked them to call the laboratory to check if my results had been misplaced. Today, they sent me a message saying that the laboratory never received my sample, and I need to bring another one next week.

There was no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to speed up the process—even though it was clearly the Centre's mistake.
