"Calm, reassuring, and incredibly efficient"

I just wanted to share how grateful we are for Nurse Practitioner Rebecca, who looked after us in Short Stay. From the moment she came over, she was calm, reassuring, and incredibly efficient. When you have a child with complex needs, hospital visits can be stressful, but Rebecca made everything so much easier.

Our wee doll had been struggling with her chest, and Rebecca wasted no time. She listened, assessed, and quickly diagnosed with a confirmed x-ray. Within no time, she had everything sorted—an antibiotic in hand and us on our way. She never made me feel silly for asking questions or worried about wasting time. Instead, she made us feel heard, valued, and cared for.

All the staff in Blossom are lovely but Rebecca really went above and beyond for us. 

Thank you, Rebecca—you make difficult days much easier, and we won’t forget it.
