About: Inclusion Thurrock (Talking Therapies)

(as the patient),

I’ve been having weekly therapy for a couple of months now with Inclusion - Thurrock. I self referred after my GP recommended it and I did not have to wait long for an assessment or an appointment.

My therapist was called Ellie Wiseman - and she was just amazing. She has honestly changed the way I think and feel about myself & has changed the way I live my life - for the better. The techniques she taught me, the way she explained things, the way she listened - it was all just…fab. I’ve left therapy every week feeling good - and/or having techniques to help myself.

Ellie - is a credit to Inclusion & I’m really glad she was my therapist, for real - thank youuu!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback of your experience with Inclusion Thurrock Talking Therapies.

It is great to hear that you were able to self-refer to get the support you needed and that you were able to get support in a timely manner.

From the sounds of it Ellie was able to provide a space for you, where you felt listened to, safe and were in a judgement free space. From this experience you were able to be open and receptive to change which led to a difference in how you feel and think about yourself- which is amazing!

Being able to have a therapeutic experience where your life has changed for the better is honestly great to hear. It is encouraging that you have been able to utilise the techniques she taught you and you are feeling good and hopeful.

Thank you for allowing us to be included in your therapeutic journey. Your amazing feedback is greatly appreciated, and we will let Ellie know of her amazing work.
