About: Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) / Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services – Community(County)

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

When asking a service user about what they thought about the services and facilities at CAMHS, this was the response:

"I think they are helpful and give useful advice. I like layout and brightness of the room but think we could have more/different colours. I feel welcomed and feel like I'm making progress. The staff are very supporting and understanding. "

Dear Service User,

Thank you for taking the time to speak to us about our Services. I am pleased that you have have been made to feel welcome and found our input helpful. I will aslo be sure to relay to the staff that you have experienced them as both supportive and understanding.

With regards to the 'colours', rest assured we have a group of young people who feel the same and have got the matter (or rather paint brush) well and truly in hand.
