"Signage and location"

About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Respiratory Medicine (Wards 2, 6,7 10 & 16)

(as a service user),

I attended a spirometry appointment in the Queen Elizabeth building. It was very difficult to find from the multi storey car park. It is also a long way making people with breathing issues go up two flights of stairs and down two flights to get to the entrance to the building. I would like to see better signposting.

Dear LostinGRIQE

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us on Care Opinion.

We’re sorry to hear that you had difficulty finding the Queen Elizabeth building and experienced challenges with the access to the entrance. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially for individuals with breathing issues. Your suggestion for better signposting is greatly appreciated, and we will review this to ensure that patients can navigate the building more easily in the future.

We value your input as it helps us improve the experience for everyone visiting our facilities.

Thank you again for bringing this to our attention, and we’ll work on making improvements where possible.

Kind regards

Kevin
