My veins was very problematic today.
Nurse was very gentle and caring as she did her best to find a suitable vein to do the blood test. She was very patient, calm, welcoming, she made sure i was comfortable throughout. I actually commended her, I relish thus type of serve, my heart was especially warmed as she was a young person. Her attitude will take her very far.
