About: South West & Southampton Division / Frailty Support Team - Totton and Waterside

(as the patient),

I am in my 80s and I was referred to Frailty Team after several falls at home and urine retention.

I would like to thank the kind nurses very much, not only did they brighten mine and my wife's day on the daily visits but they supported me, getting me back on my feet again.

I feel incredibly grateful... you guys are the true heroes.
