"Incompetence"

About: Edith Cavell Practice

(as a service user),

I lost count of the amount of times my medication was messed up, therefore leading to me having to suffer from withdrawals and then having to restart the medication.

Furthermore, I have complex PTSD and learning difficulties and the practice is constantly trying to get me to get some app that I can't use therefore denying me the health care that I'm entitled to solely because of my conditions, I feel this is discrimination.

Likewise, I deal with severe chronic insomnia  (exacerbated by negative experiences with the NHS). As I can't sleep at night it is impossible for me to call to get an appointment at 8am. Try to do anything when you haven't slept more than a couple of hours a day for the past 30 years, although somehow I still worked 16h a day paying tax.

I have no respect towards these so called health care professionals.

Honestly, could write more things they did however, I'm so tired.
