My family and I would like to extend our sincere thanks and gratitude to all of the staff within the Lymington Frailty Team.
In particular we would like to thank Jamie, Millie, Jenny and Tina who stepped in at what was an emotional and exhausting time towards the end of Mum's life.
THANK YOU
On every occasion that I contacted you, your presence was reassuring and responsive and everyone went above and beyond what we would have expected, helping to reassure Mum and make her comfortable.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making an awful experience much easier.
