My gp surgery says you I now only get an appointment on patches. This doesn’t ever, ever work for me. There is never an appointment and i am terribly ill with serious illnesses that needs urgent care.
They say I cannot ring for an appointment any more.
They say the order comes from above. Terrible choice for vulnerable patients like me. I will have to try to change gp.
"Terrible if you actually need an appointment! "
