"I leave with a very positive memory"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Day Surgery

(as a service user),

I was recently admitted as a day surgery to Queen Margaret Hospital, and was somewhat nervous pre-procedure and a tad uncomfortable post.

I could not have asked for more from the staff. The consultant who worked on me was kind and had a reassuring air of calm capability, likewise the anaesthetist was disarmingly a brilliant balance between jovial and professional - both did wonders to put me at ease.

The nurses and supporting staff who took me through it were always smiling, laughing and quick to help me with anything I need to ensure I was comfortable and happy during my stay.

I leave with a very positive memory of what could have been a very long day, if not for the incredible countenance and attitude of the staff - thank you very much!
