"Fed up, not heard"

About: Hedon Group Practice Hull Royal Infirmary

(as the patient),

I've been diagnosed with problems in my brain. I'm in lots of pain especially my left ear. I've got a skull fracture behind left ear that's leaked brain out, I've got spinal fluid also leaking causing my deafness. Also in the scans MRI and Cat, they found lesions on my white brain matter. I've not been told about any treatment.

I'm also having regular blood test because of medication I'm on for a different illness. My blood tests keep coming back abnormal, but not caused by the medication. Doctor has said in notes they don't know who has asked for the blood tests. I've been having abnormal results from last year September time. Doctors have not consulted me about this ongoing problem.

I phoned doctors the other day to say the painkillers wasn't having any effect on my ear ache or head aches. Instead of seeing me, they just prescribed more medication. Medication isn't working I've told them this, told them it's affecting my mental health. It's made me feel like self harming, I sit crying, unable to sleep, feel useless, feel like a hypochondriac. The doctor's not listening to me.
