"Very helpful and informative"

About: North Devon District Hospital / Parkinson's Service

(as a carer),

These classes are very well organised, the group with Parkinson’s are given exercises to do each week , each week is different so they can choose what to follow up after the course, This has given my husband a lot of confidence to take this forward .

The carers/ partners are in another room having a chat about caring and we have speakers informing us of what is out there to help us .

This Powerup group is very helpful and informative for us all .

Thank you so much for your feedback about Power UP! an exercise and education group for people recently diagnosed with Parkinson's. I am pleased that both you and your husband have found it worthwhile. I hope you have managed to join the local Parkinson's UK branch who can keep you up to date with future exercise classes and coffee mornings. Many thanks again.
