I spent 6 weeks in Ward 54 for severe haematuria, although hospital is not where anyone wants to be, I can’t praise the staff in this ward enough.
I really wish I could remember all the names of the staff I met while I was there, but as I’m terrible with names, the ones I do remember are Ray, Lana, Dean and Havy, but to all the other staff, all the students I met, the housekeeping staff, from the moment I arrived, I was met with kindness and professionalism that made a challenging situation infinitely easier to cope with.
The nursing staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being. Their dedication to their work is truly commendable, and I deeply appreciate the time they took to explain procedures and answer any questions I had.
The teamwork and dedication displayed by each member of the hospital staff made a significant difference in my experience. It is clear that Ward 54 prioritizes patient care and well-being, and I am grateful to have been in such capable hands.
Thank you once again for all that you do. Your hard work and compassion have left a lasting impression on me, and I will always be thankful for the care I received.
