The poor quality of my umbilicus could mean significant surgery.

Lisa got in touch with me very promptly and we arranged an initial visit at my house. She asked me to send photographs to help her asses how to support me and my current medical issues. Lisa has such a professional, supportive approach; she calmed my fears and answered my questions thoroughly and clearly.

She discussed my weight in an empathetic understanding way and really encouraged me to look forwards and explained how much impact that weight loss would make . Her positivity was grounding and inspiring. She told me that I have got this. She treated the infection and talked me through her plan, saying she would contact my GP , request a prescription and contact my consultant .

We have now had a follow up appointment and Lisa is pleased with the result so far. She offered my alternative ways to support me , giving me advice and cheering me on. The supportive pants are working well!

Lisa is going to contact the consultant, send the pictures and measurements and reassured me that everything is going the right way and that I can be in control and to keep up the good work.

Lisa also said if I need any support or help to contact her directly. I am very impressed with her kindness, professionalism and care.
