Today was my first visit to this Surgery. I used the on-line consultation last night to detail my reasons for wishing to see a Doctor. I was very pleased to get an appointment today which I must to give huge credit and thanks to the Practice.
I was welcomed very pleasantly at reception and I was seen within 10mins of arriving. The Doctor who saw me was extremely professional, as was the lady who took my bloods.
My whole experience there was outstanding.
The surgery is a credit to the NHS and Staffordshire and I just wanted to commend it and the staff. You have my greatest appreciation.
