" Chaos - Avoid This GP Surgery at All Costs"

My experience with this GP surgery has been nothing short of appalling. From the moment I transferred from my previous practice, issues began. Despite being registered for over six months, my medical records were never updated.

Booking an appointment is a nightmare—waiting times are often longer than a full-length movie. Recently, I was referred to a consultant, only to have my appointment canceled because the GP failed to attach any necessary information. When I tried to resolve this, I was told to wait for a call back that never came. After waiting 49 minutes on hold, my call was cut off mid-sentence, and no one bothered to call me back. When I called again, I had to wait another hour, only for the line to drop once I reached caller number one!

The level of incompetence at this surgery is beyond frustrating. I genuinely believe a group of children could run it more efficiently. Every interaction with them, whether for myself or my child, is an ordeal.

Do yourself a favour, stay far away from this place. At times, it feels like not having a GP at all would be a better option than dealing with this Chaos.
