About: Children and Young People Services / Infant Feeding Helpline

(as a parent/guardian),

This service is fantastic to have ..feeding little ones can be a very worrying, scary anxious time and to be able to have a reassuring phone call at night time can help a parent and baby so much .  I just wish I knew of this service earlier ..little one has reflux and cmpa and is now 5 months old. 

Not sure their names but was speaking to someone last Friday and Monday night regarding my son and both very helpful .

thank you for taking the time to post this lovely review regarding your recent experience with the Infant Feeding Helpline. I am delighted that you found the helpline useful. We understand the anxieties and worries that feeding issues can create in the early weeks/months and our team of experienced and passionate health visitors are happy to offer that advice and support to parents.

I am sorry to hear that you were not aware of the service sooner as it is available to parents/carers of babies from birth to 9 months old. However, please do not be afraid to use it again if needed. I look forward to passing this review on to the health visitors who provide the service. It is lovely recognition for their hard work, dedication and passion for this area.
