"I found the service extremely helpful"

About: Mental Health / Primary Care Mental Health

(as a service user),

ADHD service East Ren Team

I found the service extremely helpful. After being diagnosed as an Adult I have found it difficult to come to terms with my diagnosis. I feel as if I have been going through a period of grieving for the life I could have had if I’d known earlier.

The Sparks group has helped me feel that it’s ok to be the way I am and that  being neurodivergent can actually be a good thing.

The information has been presented in a concise manner by Paul and Anna. Sparks has already has made a difference in my life from the changes I’ve been able to implement.

The group support was extremely beneficial. Being with other people who really understand the way you think, feel and do things has been just as important as the information provided.

Hi carinadx89

We are delighted you were able to attend the SPARKS group and found this to be supportive and beneficial. It is great to hear that the changes you have been able to implement have already made a difference in your life.

We appreciate you taking the time to post your comments along with your appreciation of the supports offered in relation to ADHD. I will ensure that the feedback is passed onto Anna & Paul.

Kind regards

Emma
