"Wonderful Endoscopy department"

I rarely leave reviews, but given how much is so wrong with some of the Nhs its important to highlight examples of truly excellent service provision. Arriving at 0800 highly anxious at the impending endoscopy procedure I was met bang on time by the first member of what turned out to be a truly excellent team of individuals all of whom were clearly experienced, empathetic and genuinely understanding and caring. I was out of the door an hour later having undergone the whole procedure pain free and with almost no discomfort but feeling re-assured and in good hands throughout. So pleased to be able to have used my local hospital and found it so good.
