I called ahead to check the unit was open, and received a very positive cheerful response, and subsequently attended the unit, where I was immediately recognised.

Impressed sums up my feelings precisely, and that feeling remained with me throughout the process of Triage, imaging, and dressing. The speed and professionalism of all the staff on duty was a credit to them, and the organisation. 

I would highly recommend the Memorial Hospital and the staff as an exemplar.
