About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Cardiology (Heart Conditions) Wards 6c & 6d

(as the patient),

Too many people loan about the NHS but I have to applaud the domestic assistant Adam, in the Cardiology Ward 6C of the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow. Have never seen such a hard working and exceptional clean of a room ever.

Not only is his work ethic outstanding but he has the most charming and friendly manner and I’ve witnessed this numerous times when waiting to go into my room and again today when he was cleaning my room. Honestly he’s a breath of fresh air and should be promoted to show how things should be done to others across the hospital.

I’m happy with the peace and quiet during my stay but Adam must brighten the day for some lonely people in their rooms during their stay. Praise where praise is due!
