I recently moved to Vale Medical from another GP in the area and have been amazed at how well run it is. The system to get appointments bypasses the usual 8am phone scramble and you get a fast response. The reception staff are also very helpful. Recently had my smear test done and the nurse was so friendly and great at making me relax beforehand.
