"Pain Management Service"

What a brilliant team in the Pain Management Service. From the very first contact the staff have been amazing and made me feel like I matter.

My current specialist is George, who I feel has gone above and beyond to assist me get back to normal, or at least find a new normal.

George has given me endless support and encouragement and helped point me towards services which could enrich my life. He gave much needed advice on pain management and went a bit further and enrolled me in a physio class run by the service which I felt was extremely beneficial to me but sadly ended up being cancelled.

George made me aware that pain and mental health are closely linked, which allowed me to address other issues. George is a consummate professional who I feel is an absolute credit to NHS Fife. He is one of these rare people who really care about their chosen career and the patients they treat and that comes across in his demeanor and personality.

George has never made me feel anything other than believed and of consequence which I appreciate so much. George - thank you. NHS Fife - keep this man at all costs. He is one in a million. A pay rise would also help 😉
