This is the second month I have put a prescription in for a lady I support and the second time it has not been processed. This lady uses Pill Time and the prescription is always put in early so it can go in the medication pouches. I have handed the prescription in myself and both times it has failed to go through to pill time. Both times another prescription has to be put in and sent to Boots as is too late for pill time.
This lady lives in supported living and her staff are not meant to be second administering her medication
What is going on???
