"Helpful and efficient staff, thank you!"

I was sent to A&E by my GP. I experienced an efficient and kind service from the staff in A&E. It turned out the GP was right and I did indeed need further medical assistance.

I know that there are lots of reports in the media complaining of long waits etc however I’m grateful to say that I didn’t think that was the case when I was there. Although yes the waiting room was nearly full I saw the staff efficiently triage people and work like a well oiled machine. Staff were reviewing people based on their triaging, unfortunately some of people in the waiting room didn’t understand this concept.

The staff patiently dealt with the persistent questions and demands of others. I want the staff in A&E to be thanked for their diligent service in particular Nurse Practitioner David who was knowledgeable, compassionate and very efficient. Thank you all, I want you to know that you are doing a wonderful job.
