"Domiciliary care in home of elderly parent"

About: Adult Community Services / Domicilliary Care Service

(as a relative),

As a daughter living away from my family home, I witnessed an exceptional care, respect and dignity for my mother as I often came to visit.

These carers came in 4 times a day. They became part of the family and support for my father, sisters and brother.

I don't like to name names but I do remember many of them -  Carolann, Chloe and Chloe, Karen, Lorraine, Grace, Sarah, Shirley, Casha, and not forgetting the two sisters as they were known to us but not really sisters Gail and Nicola!

Portadown practice. Please excuse if I've left others out.

You helped make it easier for my mum and family. You made her laugh. You cared! Thank you.

Good afternoon yankeecm67 - thank you so much for taking the time to provide this feedback and firstly may I apologise for the delay in responding to you. It is lovely to read that the carers have had such a positive impact on your Mother's care and also have provided support to the whole family. The staff will certainly be delighted to read these lovely comments.

With best wishes to you all
