i had an experience with two older receptionists who were so mean, nasty and rude to me. it doesn’t seem like they like to interact with people when it’s their job to. they were both so passive aggressive and treated me like i was nothing. i have social anxiety and autism so i’m overly sensitive when they were giving me attitude or treated me like i’m a big inconvenience. someone needs to teach the older receptionists how to talk to people with kindness, compassion and respect. the doctors and nurses were/are always amazing and the best but the surgery is being let down by the older receptionists. please please please teach them or find other receptionists who kind, compassionate and respectful.
