Getting an appointment was a nightmare. It's not possible to book normal appointments online / on the app, so you have to wait in a phone queue for on average 40 mins. I waa then then offered an appointment in 3 weeks' time.

I am meant to have annual tests for diabetes but have not been offered one in 5 years. I've proactively asked twice - been promised them but never actually given the forms I've been promised.
