"Addiction recovery"

While I've been at Asha, I felt the level of profession was second to none as I was in rehab before. The tools I learnt here have give me great confidence for leaving as I have every barriors in place to help me stay sober. I'm going to take antibuse medication to help me. I have great councillors in place too.

I came in 5 weeks sober but the knowledge I gained will last a lifetime each and every staff member, nurses, doctors, even kitchen staff went far and beyond what there job title entailed. I was always lifted when down, bus runs to places of great beauty on weekends, educational classes, one to ones, light therapy (EMDR) with Dr Kinch and group meetings, hearing other peoples views,  was a great to see addiction through other eyes not just your own as were all in it together. Laughs with other in patients and diets, friends I'll meet on outside, the routines I've built in Asha house will last a life time.

I'd recommend Asha house to anyone its a life changing experience been education fun and eye opening. I'm looking forward to a bigger, brighter future and I'd like to thank each and every member of staff for making this experience one I'll never forget. Thank you Asha.
