"Stopping smoking"

After many years smoking my wife and I finally decided to stop.

We attended the N.H.S. stop smoking clinic and our mentors were both Kathleen and Ewelina who covered for Kathleen during her holiday. The information and encouragement we received from both ladies was superb and we cannot thank you enough.

I would recommend and encourage others to follow suit and follow in the footsteps of a couple of pensioners that stated smoking a long time ago and have now stopped. Thank you again.
