"Appalling and dismal "

Totally and utterly useless. Don't want to help. Don't answer the phone. No patient care,compassion. NHS guidelines not adhered to. No discussion about treatment, no treatment options. No light in consultation room so had appointment in the dark. Had actually made my mental health worse.
