About: Outpatients Services / MSK Physiotherapy Outpatients

(as a service user),

Mark the physio saw me for my neck which i have been struggling to cope with for many years now, i have not been able to go out on drives and had to stop my yoga classes

mark gave me such reassurance and his knowledge was endless, i left the first appointment feeling listened to for the first time since my hospital journey,

he listened to me completely and gave me exercises and advice that gave me a fantastic sleep for the first time in years,

he gave me referrals into pilates classes and got me back to my weekends with friends enjoying these

thank you to this kind man,

Thank you so much for this excellent feedback on the care you received from Mark in Physiotherapy Outpatients BCH.

I am delighted that Mark was able to help you with your neck pain which you have been struggling with. It is good to hear that your sleep pattern has improved and that you are able to get back to your weekends with your friends, which is very important.

Our Physiotherapy Outpatient team do their very best to help our patients and Mark will be delighted with this feedback. I will ensure our Senior management team are also aware of this.
