"Confusing appointment letter"

About: Dumfries & Galloway Royal Infirmary / Cardiology

(as a service user),

Appointment letter arrived this morning, if this was our first appointment it would have been very confusing for us and unaware of what appointment was for? Could be stressful for some people who did not have access to google. Letters used to be straight forward and self explanatory!!                     I have to attend for examination CP CRTP/D .

This is not a complaint because the people in this department are wonderful, but for many patients straight forward would be better.

Hi, shane123.

Thank you for your feedback, I'm sorry to hear that you find the appointment letters confusing. I will make sure to pass this on to the relevant team and hopefully work to make these letters more understandable for patients in future.

Thank you once again for your comments.

Stephen
