Good Morning

Firstly I would like to apologise for the delay in responding to you, I have only recently commenced in this post.

Thank you so much for the wonderful feedback that you have given regarding the Tobernaveen staff. It is really reassuring to hear that you have had such a supportive team helping you on your journey to recovery.

I have taken the opportunity to share your feedback across all of our inpatient teams, to highlight how staff can have such a positive effect on their patients' mental health and well-being. I am delighted to hear that as a service user, you felt valued, that your voice was heard and you felt cared for, the epitome of true patient centred care. I will continue to advocate and encourage all staff to replicate this approach to care to ensure that patients experience the highest standards of care.

I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all the best and thank you again for taking the time to provide your valuable feedback.
