(as the patient),

I attended today for an appointment at the Post Menopausal Bleeding clinic at Monklands Hospital. I wanted to express my gratitude to the nurse named Liz and the Doctor there recently. I felt anxious and they calmed my nerves. They were thorough and answered all my questions at length. The procedure itself was expertly carried out. A great example of good care in the NHS. Thank you.
