"I'm after amputation right foot"

(as the patient),

I come in to hospital (to emergency department) with spinning in my head, swallowing legs and hi keton (3.4). After one week on E12 department they told me that my sugar is stable and I can go home. I not come to hospital with sugar, hi is ok. To my legs no wan was com and I'm after amputation right foot. They make me MRI and they found something in my head but they told my I need contact with my GP.

Dear Jakub

I am sorry that your attendance at hospital has not resulted in the treatment you were seeking. Its sounds quite a complicated picture and as such I suggest that you do indeed make contact with your GP to discuss your current health situation. Once they have assessed you they can of course refer you to a hospital specialist as required.
