"My carers"

About: START, short term assessment and review service

(as the patient),

I would like again to say a massive massive thank you Leigh & Maggie - the dream team, for their efforts & support words are just not enough for what they do for me I've went from being a continental lorry driver doing long journeys every week down to this spinal column damage - but the carers are wonderful & also the weekly ones - Emelion, Martin, Mary, Catherine, Tracy, Marie, Annmarie, Mark, June, Jackie & on the higher team.

( Sarah, Lorraine ).

The efforts & support that these guys have given me is second to none.

I would like to take this opportunity to send you a huge thank you for your kind words regarding your care and appreciation to all the Enablement Support Workers delivering your care and support.

Your lovely words will be past on to the staff who are clearly making a difference to ensure you are receiving the right care to enable you to remain safe and comfortable within your own home.

Receiving compliments from yourself and others is what makes all our roles within the care at home service worthwhile.

Take care

Kindest Regards

Rosemary Grubb
