While the doctors themselves are brilliant my last two times at the reception they did not have knowledge that was needed I was very fortunate that one came back from her break to get the help I needed also the new doctors practitioner nurse was not equipped to help me and I wasted a two weeks waiting for this appointment

We're so pleased to hear that you've had positive experiences with our Doctors. However, we deeply regret that your recent visits to reception and with the Nurse practitioner did not meet your expectations.

We understand how frustrating it can be to feel that your needs weren’t fully addressed, and we sincerely apologies for the inconvenience caused. Your comments will be shared with the Team to ensure that we improve communication and preparedness at the Reception, as well as with our Nurse practitioners, to provide a more seamless experience for all our patients.
