"They understood my concerns"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Out-of-Hours

(as the patient),

Advised that I would need to attend a GP out of hours service at the Queen Margaret Hospital. I received a phone call soon after from John on the reception of the GP out of hours, he was absolutely lovely, arranged an appointment for me and arranged for a taxi to collect me.

As a cancer patient I worry when I’m in very busy areas, John being such a lovely and obviously caring person understood my concerns and really done his utmost to help me. He went above and beyond and I really appreciate his kindness.

Good Morning VARob

Thank you so much for taking the time to submit your story, I am heartened to read that John went above and beyond to help you.

I will share your story with John and the wider team who I am sure will be as delighted as I am.

I do hope you are feeling better soon after your visit to the Out of Hours service and wish you all the best with your cancer journey.

Kindest Regards

Fran
