"These are simply the best"

They are one of two of the best teams I've ever come across within the NHS. Fast, efficient and so knowledgeable. I've been a patient at the rde for over 40 years, had countless operations and been under many teams, wards and consultants in that time but these guys are simply the best within the rde. The care and compassion they have and the speed at which they action things is first class.

They don't just talk at you or prescribe medication, they base it on you as an individual, train you and build up your confidence to enable you to live with your condition. Most importantly they are always at the end of the phone. Hilary, Kat, Liz and Dr mitchelmore to name but a few always go above and beyond.
