"Parents Session - Let’s Be Curious about our relationship with autism"

About: Children and Young People Services / Autism Services

(as a parent/guardian),

I attended this session today along with 3 other parents.  

This was one of the best and most supportive services that I have ever availed of in the Southern Trust as a parent to an autistic teenager.  The session was led by Family Psychotherapist Anthony who enabled us as parents to share experiences we have/are encountering throughout the journey with our autistic children. 

It was very reassuring and supportive to connect with the other parents but also to understand the psychology behind the some of the current issues we discussed on the day.
