"Absolutely terrible- avoid at all costs "

About: Barnet Hospital

Took my father to a&e as recommended by his gp. Besides the nurse on reception everyone was else was pretty useless.

He needed to have bloods done. It took them five hours to tell him that there was an issue and they had to be repeated. Then another hour and a half after this to actually have blood taken. He can't be discharged unless the blood tests are okay.

It's one thing to be busy and over run with patients it's another to be incompetent. We've been here six hours now and I don't expect to leave for another two at least!

They have no understanding of what get it right first time means.

Please please avoid this hospital at all costs.
