About: Conquest Hospital

Despite huge workload, the treatment was utterly professional, comprehensive and reassuring. Excellent patient/doctor/staff communication.I was admitted with severe chest pains, quickly triaged and seen by cardiologist, at all times kept informed of what was happening which was reassuring. Discharged with medication.

Please don't criticise your hospital.....despite the enormous problems they face they are there for us.

As you have rightly pointed out, keeping patients informed about their care is crucial as they may be worried, frustrated or upset and any news or updates staff can provide may help to alleviate this, so we are reassured by your words.
