"Excellent staff responses"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Accident & Emergency Royal Alexandra Hospital / Medical Assessment Unit (MAU)

(as the patient),

I was sent to the RAH by my GP due to a fast heart rate. I spent the whole day there, with my wife, between A and E and Medical Assessment Unit.

I was asked to return at a later date for a further ECG test.

On both occasions and in both departments, the treatment we both received was exemplary for courtesy and efficiency and I would commend the staff in both departments for care, concern and efficiency.

Dear Active Pensioner 82

What such kind words shared on your post. Thank you so much for recognising both teams involved in your care. Spending a full day between areas could not have been pleasant and I am very grateful of your understanding of this.

I am proud to respond on behalf of the A&E team and will ensure your post is displayed in our staff rest area for all to see.

Thank you once again.

Gerry
