Dear Sir or Madam, regarding my appointment with a trainee GP today 6th March, I would like to say how good she was in diagnosing & explaining the issues I attended with. The symptoms I presented with have been ongoing for a while, & after todays appointment at the surgery, I’ve now got an answer & hopefully a resolution to these issues. Many thanks.
