"Friendly and reassuring at pulmonary function test"

I had my pulmonary function test today at St John’s hospital and the nurse who carried out the test with me was brilliant.
She was very knowledgeable, chatty and friendly which really improved my experience and reassured me that despite being diagnosed with asthma, everything will be fine.
