About: The Highlands Practice

My daughter has had earache for 4 days and filled in a triage form this morning. She received a call with an appointment for 1315 today at Highlands, with l**zie. l**zie was extremely helpful and caring with my daughter, who has PTSD/anxiety and struggles with strange situations. Everything was clearly and carefully explained, and l**zie was, simply, super: a real asset to the practice.

I have had to anonymize the name in order to submit this, which is a shame as I wanted her to receive the commendation!
